Selection Procedure

The selection period can be divided into the following phases:

1) Pre-selection by Neso Vietnam, upon requests from OTS sponsors;

Based on the general criteria listed above and requirements set by OTS sponsors, Neso Vietnam will help do the pre-selection. Only those eligible applications will be forwarded to sponsors for further investigation.

2) Document review by each scholarship panel within OTS sponsors;

All eligible applications will be further reviewed by selection panel within all OTS sponsors. List of candidates who will be able to move into next round will be decided by the selection panel and announced by Neso Vietnam.

3) Face-to-face interview (optional);

Some sponsors will require face-to-face interviews, to check the capability of a candidate. The interviews will be arranged by Neso Vietnam.

4) Announcement of winners

The list of scholarship winners will be published on the website of Neso Vietnam in July. Scholarship offer, together with the invitation letter of the scholarship awarding ceremony will be sent to all winners by email.
